Geraldine is passionate
about service and the
elements she feels are
essential to providing an

Creative and enthusiastic,

service skills, it is clear
that Geraldine truly loves
what she does.. Using a
combination of art, science
and intuition, Geraldine has
developed a knack for
finding what she feels is
the perfect match between
client needs and desired
outcome. Her background
includes wide international
experience in managing and
operating high-end programs
worldwide. Remaining
personally involved at all
levels, she is equally at
home wherever the program
takes her.
She has been
volunteering with a number
of non-profit groups since
the mid-1980s, both as an
organizer and as an
individual volunteer. She
personally co-founded two
animal therapy programs and
worked with a domestic
violence agency as a hotline
counselor. Since 1996, she
has been a volunteer for
AniMeals, a program that
provides donated food for
the pets of the elderly and
incapacitated.
By combining
these two major areas of
experience, she is able to
create TeamsGiveBack
programs that address the
needs of both sides to
achieve optimal results for
all concerned.
Holly
Haynes, Associate Holly
brings a wealth of experience,
having managed client events and
marketing functions for over 17
years with one the nation's
largest financial institutions.
She has extensive experience in
corporate events, all types of advertising,
marketing and project
management. She
managed more than 50 events
annually -- ranging from small
one-day events for 100 people to
large sales conferences for
nearly 500 people. She has
managed corporate events in
Washington, Oregon, California,
Hawaii, Texas, Utah and New York
City.
By
applying the financial
management skills she honed
while earning an MBA,
Holly has developed great
expertise in combining high
creativity with sound money
management.
She has
participated in a variety of
volunteer activities. One of her
most successful projects was the
development and management of a
volunteer tutor recruitment
program that led to the
placements of thousands of
volunteers in public schools in
the Pacific Northwest .
